This course has been created with a foundation
in the classical wisdom of Hatha Yoga
​as taught by my teachers in India and Nepal,
while incorporating the innovative aspects
of my western teachers to intelligently and
gracefully balance the energies of the body.

Through sophisticated sequencing of
​postures and attention to breath,
we may refine our health. 


Harmonizing the mind and intellect with meditation,
the complete practice results in the spiritual experience
​of elevating our consciousness to
​higher states of awareness.
