Asana (Posture) WorkshopJoin me for an exploration into some general techniques and alignment concepts of the postures of yoga to refine your Yoga practice, including a detailed Vinyasa Deconstruction – the series of postures in flow that have options for everyone.
Each of us is unique and we come to Yoga with our own biography and biology, so our approach to how we practice is equally distinctive. We’ll look take a broad look at common postures and explore methods of practice that best suits our own nature for an enjoyable, sustainable practice. We’ll also share thoughts through a Q & A, as well as look at some myths vs. facts on the physiological benefits of Yoga, like how practicing Goddess promotes improved circulation, and how heavy sweating during hot yoga does not detoxify the body but does play a role in skin hydration and microbial defence. |
